Accessibility

Last updated: September 7, 2026

OnShift HQ wants every owner, manager, and employee to be able to use our website and app. We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and keep improving over time.

What we do

Our website is built with semantic HTML, a visible skip link, keyboard-accessible menus and accordions, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, descriptive link text, text that can be resized to 200%, layouts that reflow on narrow screens, and respect for the reduced-motion preference.

Current status

We test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks. We do not claim a formal conformance certification. Some third-party content or newer features may not yet meet every guideline; we treat reported issues as a priority.

Tell us about a barrier

If you have difficulty using any part of the OnShift HQ website or app, please let us know through the in-app support option and describe the page and the problem you encountered. We will respond and work to fix it.
